Job Description

Job Title: Reservations Sales Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Reservations Sales Representative to join our team at Auberge Resorts. As a key member of our reservations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding room reservations, availability, and general questions about accommodations, pricing, and special offers.
  • Maintain complete knowledge of the resorts and other information, including facilities, services, rates, packages, and promotions.
  • Assist and ensure effective guest challenge resolution by working closely with fellow guest service team members and other departments.
  • Ensure that all billing and financial transactions are accurately and efficiently executed on behalf of guests.

Requirements:

  • Two years of experience in a hospitality or reservations position, preferably at a luxury resort.
  • Ability to create professional business letter correspondence and possess gracious people and sales skills.
  • Excellent phone manner and ability to engage in a positive manner with each and every guest.
  • Ability to work cohesively with other departments and co-workers as part of a team.
  • One year of Opera experience. Google, Navis Certification & Software experience preferred.
