  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with guests, skin therapists, and retail team members to provide a seamless and well-rounded guest experience.
  • Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends, products, and services to provide expert advice and recommendations to guests.
  • Ensure compliance with Ulta Beauty policies, procedures, and standards, including safety, sanitation, and infection control procedures.
Requirements
  • Cosmetology license
  • Previous relevant salon experience preferred
  • Proficiency in latest salon techniques and equipment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
