Key Responsibilities:

As a Home Health Aide, your primary goal is to enhance the quality of life for your clients by removing barriers to their daily activities. Your role will involve visiting clients in their homes to provide essential care, which may include:

  • Monitoring clients' physical and emotional health, including intake/output and exercise routines.
  • Assisting with household tasks such as cleaning, laundry, meal preparation, and running errands.
  • Providing personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and grooming assistance.
  • Educating clients on self-care practices and the use of assistive devices.
  • Offering guidance to family members on best practices for patient care and health management.
  • Documenting client information and communicating any changes to the supervising healthcare professional.
