Mental Health Clinical Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Mental Health Clinical Supervisor to join our team at Little Flower Children and Family Services of New York. As a key member of our clinical leadership team, you will be responsible for overseeing the provision and efficiency of clinical services within our Residential Treatment Center (RTC).
Key Responsibilities- Provide administrative and clinical supervision to Psychotherapists and Life Skills Coordinators, ensuring the delivery of high-quality, trauma-informed services to youth.
- Develop and disseminate crisis intervention plans to deescalate and prevent future crises, providing crisis intervention when necessary.
- Collaborate with the Clinical Director to oversee the implementation and delivery of program objectives and services.
- Manage the daily clinical operations, including service delivery, clinical supervision, and staff development.
- Provide individual, group, and family therapy using evidence-based practices, and consult with psychiatrists for treatment recommendations.
- Represent the clinical staff in treatment team meetings and case conferences, offering treatment recommendations and updates on youth progress.
- Ensure all clinical staff submit departmental documentation and required reports in a timely manner, including verification of licensure and required training.
- NYS LCSW, LCSW-R, or Licensed Psychologist (Psy.D. or Ph.D.)
- At least 1-year of previous experience supervising
- Excellent computer skills and organizational abilities
- Experience with trauma-informed, evidence-based therapy models preferred
- Bilingual (Spanish or American Sign Language) is a plus, but not required
