Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Member Service Representative. As a key member of our sales floor team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, ensuring a positive shopping experience for our members, and maintaining a clean and organized sales floor.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide exceptional customer service to members, responding to their needs and resolving any issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Ensure a positive shopping experience for members by maintaining a clean and organized sales floor, restocking shelves, and replenishing merchandise as needed.
  • Assist members with purchasing decisions, answering questions, and providing product information.
  • Process member purchases, handle returns and exchanges, and resolve any issues related to merchandise.
  • Maintain a safe and secure shopping environment by following company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous customer service experience preferred.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing situations.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for long periods of time.
