ManTech is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to support the Enterprise Infrastructure Services organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in system administration, with experience in Windows scripting, software installation, and hardware support.
Key Responsibilities:
* Analyze user requirements and develop system requirements based on high-level system architectures.
* Provide Tier 1 problem identification, diagnosis, and resolution of problems.
* Support implementation, troubleshooting, and maintenance of IT systems.
* Monitor and resolve issues with client/server/network devices.
* Configure systems to meet organizational operational needs.
* Create and maintain detailed system documentation, including configurations, procedures, and change management logs.
* Work with team members to build applications for customers.
* Provide support and troubleshooting services for customers.
Requirements:
* Minimum of 15 years' experience as a System Administrator in programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity.
* Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university in a technical discipline, or 5 years of additional experience may be substituted for a degree.
* Experience with Windows scripting, software installation, and hardware support.
* Ability to work late during patching days and cover a 6am-6pm shift.
Clearance Requirements:
* Current/active TS/SCI with Polygraph.
Physical Requirements:
* Ability to move, carry, and deliver workstations from inside the office to customer's desk.
* Ability to remain in a stationary position 50% of the time.
* Ability to communicate with co-workers, management, and customers via email, phone, and virtual communication.
