System Administrator

Hoplite Solutions is seeking a highly skilled System Administrator to join our team of experts who work closely with the government to support field sites on a 24x7 basis. As a key member of our team, you will provide critical support to multiple organizations from a central location, with no travel requirements.
The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Implementing, troubleshooting, and maintaining IT systems
- Managing the daily activities of configuration and operation of IT systems
- Providing assistance to users in accessing and using IT systems
- Escalating and communicating status to agency management and internal customers
- Supporting IT systems, including day-to-day operations, monitoring, and problem resolution for all client/server/storage/network devices
- Identifying, diagnosing, and resolving Tier 1 and Tier 2 problems
- Optimizing system operations and resource utilization, and performing system capacity analysis and planning
- Monitoring and notifying according to procedures
Qualifications:
- Active TS/SCI with Polygraph
- Five (5) years' experience as an SA on programs and contracts of similar scope, type, and complexity is required. Bachelor's degree in a technical discipline from an accredited college or university is required. Five (5) years of additional SA experience may be substituted for a bachelor's degree.
This is a NIGHT FLOATER position, working a 7 pm - 5 am schedule, Monday - Thursday, with the possibility of floating to other shifts when needed.

Salary is determined by various factors, including location, education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $87,000 to $157,000 (annualized USD).
