Network Infrastructure Specialist

Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly skilled Network Infrastructure Specialist to join our team at BCS Call Processing. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in network design, implementation, and support.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design, implement, and support complex network infrastructure
- Participate in the design, setup, and configuration of L2/L3 switch infrastructure
- Provide 2nd and 3rd level support for the entire LAN
- Contribute to the ongoing development of network and security standards
- Troubleshoot escalated tickets
- Maintain, create, and update all network documentation and topology diagrams
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Computer Science or equivalent work experience
- CCNP, MCSE, or other industry recognized IT certifications
- In-depth knowledge of network technologies
- Proven capability to handle network hardware
- Experienced with network monitoring tools
- Strong technical, analytical, and troubleshooting skills
Work Environment:
- Onsite work at client locations will be required as needed
- May be required to work in maintenance windows outside of normal business hours
