About the Role

CyberTec is seeking a highly skilled Quality Assurance Specialist to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality and functionality of our software applications.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, execute, and maintain test plans to ensure software applications meet quality standards
  • Collaborate with development teams to identify and resolve defects
  • Develop and maintain technical documentation, including test plans, test cases, and test reports
  • Communicate and collaborate with stakeholders to ensure issues are resolved in a timely manner
  • Participate in project planning and estimating efforts to provide accurate timelines for testing activities

Requirements

  • 5+ years' experience with Test Strategies, Agile Methodologies, and Software Testing Methodologies
  • Experience with testing in enterprise system integration projects and initiatives
  • Knowledge of testing tools, web application testing, regression testing, mobile testing, security testing, accessibility testing, and web service/API testing
  • Thorough understanding of standard QA best practices in an Agile environment

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience with Test management tool Xray and Defect Tracking in JIRA
  • Testing experience with Salesforce and Power Apps
  • BS in Computer Science, Engineering, or Technology-related baccalaureate degree from an accredited college or university
