About the Opportunity:
We are seeking a highly skilled HRBP Manager to join our dynamic People Operations team at Jerry. As a key member of our team, you will play a critical role in shaping the employee experience and driving business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute strategic HR initiatives to support business objectives and drive employee engagement.
- Collaborate with executive leadership to improve work relations, build morale, and increase employee retention and engagement.
- Oversee the performance appraisal process, provide guidance to managers on setting goals and expectations, and ensure Jerry's talent bar is held to a high standard.
- Champion Jerry's culture through multiple touch points such as recognition and support programs, conducting regular surveys and feedback sessions, and organizing company meetings to enhance employee engagement and satisfaction.
- Ensure compliance with labor laws, company policies, and industry regulations while maintaining accurate employee records and managing HR documentation.
- Oversee and manage all aspects of immigration process, including visa applications, renewals, and compliance.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Master's Degree in HR, IO psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in HR or people operations, with a focus on talent management and employee relations.
- Strong knowledge of HR laws and regulations.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
- Strong problem-solving and conflict-resolution skills.
- HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) is a plus.
- Experience in a fast-paced, high-growth company.
