Position Overview
Under moderate supervision from Loan Servicing management, this role involves performing essential Loan Servicing tasks. Responsibilities include executing department-specific activities on a daily, weekly, and monthly basis while ensuring the accuracy of account information. You will take ownership of the entire process from the receipt of work to its resolution and closure. This position requires coordination of information across various operational areas, which may involve communication with customers or third parties. Some judgment is exercised within established guidelines.

Key Responsibilities

  • Prepare, edit, distribute, research, review, monitor, reconcile, and remit documents related to Loan Servicing tasks, including the remittance of optional insurance and debt protection products for consumer and mortgage loans.
  • Provide timely support to customers, servicing personnel, and third parties by addressing verbal and written inquiries through telephone, referrals, or letters, while maintaining a high standard of customer service.
  • Adhere to policies and procedures to ensure compliance with Bank, audit, regulatory, and Investor guidelines.
  • Gather and report customer feedback and trends regarding various product activities.
  • Collaborate with your Supervisor to update and enhance internal Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), identifying any gaps in policy or procedure.
  • Complete additional duties and special project assignments as required.

Education and Experience
High School diploma or equivalent combination of education and experience is required. Less than 2 years of general office, banking, or related experience is required, while 2-4 years of Banking Operations/Servicing experience is preferred.
