Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Receptionist and Switchboard to join our team at Ricoh USA, Inc. As a key member of our front office, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service, managing incoming calls, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet and assist visitors, ensuring a positive first impression of our company
- Answer and transfer calls in a timely and professional manner
- Distribute name badges and materials to visitors and employees
- Schedule meeting rooms and coordinate logistics
- Participate in company events and service projects
- Perform light administrative duties, including data entry and filing
- Provide technical support and assistance as needed

Requirements

- High school diploma or equivalent required; prior switchboard experience preferred
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Proficiency in MS Office Suite, specifically Word and Excel
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
- Strong customer service skills and a positive attitude
