As a Hardware Operations Manager at Westlake Ace Hardware, Inc., you will play a vital role in ensuring the seamless operation of our stores. Responsibilities

  1. Manage store operations in the absence of senior management, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and high customer satisfaction.
  2. Lead by example, demonstrating exceptional customer service skills and promoting a positive store atmosphere.
  3. Supervise staff members, providing guidance, support, and constructive feedback to ensure they meet performance expectations.
  4. Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals, drive business growth, and maintain a clean and organized store environment.
  5. Implement visual merchandising strategies to enhance store displays and promote products effectively.
  6. Maintain accurate records, manage inventory levels, and optimize stockroom operations to minimize waste and maximize productivity.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience).
  • Minimum 3 years of retail management experience, preferably in the hardware industry.
  • Proven track record of driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and reducing operational costs.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
