About the Job

As a Technical Operations Engineer, you will play a key role in ensuring the smooth operation of our IT infrastructure and services. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a leading IT solutions company and contribute to the growth and success of our business.

We offer a competitive salary of $85,000 - $115,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to your base salary, you will also receive benefits such as health insurance, retirement plan matching, and paid time off.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, implement, and maintain our IT infrastructure and services.
  • Troubleshoot complex technical issues and collaborate with our team to resolve them.
  • Develop and implement processes to improve our service delivery and efficiency.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to continuously improve our services.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 5+ years of experience in IT operations, preferably in an MSP environment.
  • Strong understanding of Windows operating systems, networking fundamentals, and cloud-based services.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
