Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Hockey Coordinator to oversee hockey events at Liberty First Credit Union Arena. This is a part-time position that requires flexibility to work evenings, nights, weekends, and some holidays.

Key Responsibilities
  • Oversee nightly hockey events, ensuring a smooth and safe experience for players, coaches, and spectators.
  • Assign locker rooms and direct coaches, players, and spectators as needed.
  • Take payments for ice rentals and maintain accurate records.
  • Coordinate with the Zamboni Driver to ensure timely ice cleans and special requests.
  • Lock up the building at the end of each night and maintain a secure environment.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • 1-2 years of relevant work experience, preferably in hockey, sports teams, or events.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people of all ages.
  • Self-motivated and organized, with a strong attention to detail.
  • Possession of a valid Driver's License is preferred.
