Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as a Clinical Supervisor in the Cardiology Department. The successful candidate will have a strong background in invasive cardiology and leadership experience in a healthcare setting.

The Clinical Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiology Department, ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care and that the department runs efficiently.

The ideal candidate will have a strong knowledge of cardiac anatomy and physiology, as well as experience with invasive procedures. They will also have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team of healthcare professionals.

Responsibilities include:

  • Supervising a team of Registered Nurses and other healthcare professionals
  • Ensuring that all patients receive high-quality care
  • Overseeing the daily operations of the Cardiology Department
  • Developing and implementing policies and procedures to improve patient care and department efficiency

Qualifications include:

  • Three years of experience in a clinical setting
  • Diploma or degree in Nursing
  • Registered Nurse (KY) licensure
  • One year of leadership experience in a healthcare setting (desired)
