Job Summary
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Registered Nurse to join our team as an Assistant Director of Nursing. The ideal candidate will have a passion for supporting and training stakeholders to provide the best care possible to residents.

Responsibilities
Manage administrative and functional areas or programs within the Nursing Department. Assist the Director of Nursing in overall operation of the department in accordance with Company policies, and standards of nursing practices and government regulations, so as to maintain quality care. Delegate to the Charge Nurses and Nurse Supervisors the administrative authority, responsibility, and accountability necessary to perform their assigned duties.

Requirements
Registered Nurse in good standing with required current state license. Minimum of three (3) years nursing experience. One (1) to two (2) years management/supervisory experience preferred. Must have a current/active CPR certification.
