Neuroradiologist Assistant Professor

Job Summary: The Department of Radiology at the University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a full-time neuroradiologist for an academic career in Neuroradiology. The successful applicant will be appointed on the Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) Track or Clinician Teacher (CT) Track. The department provides a collaborative environment that values excellence, diversity, and inclusion. We are dedicated to advancing medical knowledge through research and education, and to providing exceptional patient care. The successful applicant will participate in resident and medical teaching, and will contribute to the administrative and committee work of the department. For appointments on the CHS Track, the successful applicant will provide patient care at UW Health approved locations. Responsibilities: The successful applicant will be responsible for providing patient care, participating in resident and medical teaching, and contributing to the administrative and committee work of the department. The applicant will also be expected to participate in research and education activities, and to contribute to the development of new imaging technologies. The position requires a strong commitment to academic excellence, diversity, and inclusion. The successful applicant will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to advance the mission of the department.
Requirements: The successful applicant must have a strong background in Neuroradiology, and must be eligible for appointment on the Clinical Health Sciences (CHS) Track or Clinician Teacher (CT) Track. The applicant must also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and must be able to work effectively in a team environment. The position requires a strong commitment to academic excellence, diversity, and inclusion. The successful applicant will be expected to participate in ongoing education and training to maintain their expertise in Neuroradiology.
