Neuroradiologist - Assistant Professor (Clinical Health Sciences Track)

Job Summary:

The University of Wisconsin-Madison School of Medicine and Public Health is seeking a full-time neuroradiologist to join our team. As a member of our department, you will have the opportunity to pursue an academic career in Neuroradiology at the rank of Assistant, Associate or full Professor on the CHS (Clinical Health Sciences) Track or CT (Clinician Teacher) Track.

Responsibilities:

This faculty position will include clinical duties, teaching and academic research. Clinical duties will include all aspects of diagnostic neuroradiology and head and neck radiology, including Computed Tomography (CT), Magnetic Resonance Imaging (MRI), Ultrasound (US) and myelography. Call responsibilities will be defined by staffing levels and will be assigned by the section chief.

Teaching and Research:

Teaching assignments include medical student, resident, fellow and other department trainees as appropriate. The successful applicant will demonstrate expertise and interest in Neuroradiology and participate in administrative and committee work to support the clinical and scholarly missions of UW Health and UW-Madison, School of Medicine and Public Health.

Requirements:

Required qualifications include fellowship training in Neuroradiology and board certification or eligibility in diagnostic radiology or Neuroradiology sub-speciality Certificate of Added Qualification (CAQ). A Wisconsin medical license is also required.
