Position Summary
Our Plymouth, IN facility is looking for dedicated Production Operators to contribute to our manufacturing processes. As a Production Operator, you will have the chance to be trained in various roles, including:
- Band Builder
- Calendar Operator
- Mixing Operator
- Final Finish Operator
- Press Operator
- And more
Key Responsibilities
Your duties will encompass:
- Measuring material dimensions and quality to ensure compliance with customer specifications.
- Utilizing hand tools and gauging devices to monitor product quality.
- Responding promptly to equipment downtime and reporting issues to the team lead.
- Maintaining a clean and organized workspace to promote safety.
- Adhering to standard practices to achieve quality and quantity production goals.
- Complying with all safety and environmental regulations.
Minimum Qualifications
To be considered for this role, candidates must:
- Be able to follow written instructions in standard English.
- Be willing to work overtime as required.
- Have the ability to stand for extended periods.
- Be capable of bending, climbing, squatting, crawling, reaching, and twisting frequently.
- Lift weights ranging from 20 to 75 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 100 lbs.
- Possess legal authorization to work in the U.S.
Preferred Qualifications
Ideal candidates will have:
- Experience in manufacturing environments.
- The ability to train for 4-12 weeks on various shifts.
