Job Description

The Process Optimization Specialist will play a critical role in driving efficiency and reducing costs within the manufacturing department. This position requires strong leadership skills to advise and lead cross-functional teams in optimizing manpower, materials, and operational processes.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement process improvements aligned with business objectives.
  • Lead cross-functional teams in executing improvement projects.
  • Apply Lean and Six Sigma methodologies to drive incremental improvements.
  • Train and mentor teams on Lean practices.
  • Collect and analyze operational data to identify inefficiencies.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant technical discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a plant or operations environment.
  • Lean manufacturing expertise and experience with continuous improvement methodologies.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills.
