  • Assess and evaluate project financial viability and outcomes.
  • Engage with property management and resident services throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as a representative of The MH Group in dealings with municipal authorities and non-profit partners.
  • Oversee project timelines, ensure quality standards, and manage requisitions.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
  • Robust financial and analytical capabilities, with a background in financial modeling.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite and a capacity to adapt to new software quickly.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to manage oneself effectively.
  • Experience in managing real estate projects.
Educational Background and Experience:
  • A Bachelor’s degree in business or a related discipline; a Master’s degree is advantageous.
  • 5-7 years of experience in project administration within the corporate real estate sector.
