We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented paralegal to support our trust and estate practice in Springfield, Massachusetts.

The ideal candidate will have a strong working knowledge of technology, including Microsoft Office and Adobe, and be able to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

Responsibilities include:

  • General administrative support and assistance
  • Drafting and review of legal documents, including estate planning documents and probate pleadings
  • Assisting with estate and trust administration matters, including preparing and filing probate documents, drafting correspondence, and preparing and filing estate tax returns
  • Organizing and maintaining case files, scheduling, and other paralegal duties or special projects as assigned

The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of confidentiality and be able to work with sensitive and personal information.

A Bachelor's, Associate's Degree, or Paralegal Certificate is highly preferred.
