We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Project Architect to join our team at Dietz & Company Architects. As a key member of our design team, you will be responsible for leading project teams and developing your career in a creative and collaborative studio environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage and coordinate collaborative, integrated design teams through all phases of design.
  • Act as the primary client contact for projects.
  • Prepare and deploy strategic plans to lead and manage production teams to complete one or more projects simultaneously.
  • Potentially lead a design practice group within the office, based on your experience.
Requirements:
  • Hold a professional degree in architecture (B-Arch or M-Arch) from a NAAB accredited school.
  • Be a licensed Architect with 10+ years of direct architectural experience.
  • Have strong communication, interpersonal, and presentation skills.
  • Be dedicated to quality project management.
  • Have a desire to lead a team through complex project tasks.
  • Have an interest and ability to mentor and supervise less experienced staff.
  • Have proficient knowledge of building science, sustainable technologies, construction methods, building code, and zoning principles.
  • Be proficient in Revit and Microsoft Office suite.
  • Have design experience on multi-family housing, hospitality, and/or publicly funded projects.
