Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Leasing Consultant to join our team at P.B. Bell Asset Management, Inc. The ideal candidate will possess strong interpersonal skills, effective sales and closing abilities, and a professional appearance and demeanor.

The Leasing Consultant will be responsible for showcasing the benefits of our multifamily community, effectively engaging and interacting with visitors and residents, and successfully closing rental agreements. The ideal candidate will be able to work weekends and some weekdays, and be willing to split time between two properties.

As a Leasing Consultant, you will be the main point of contact with perspective residents, and will be responsible for assisting the Community Manager in the marketing of our apartment community. You will also be responsible for problem-solving any issues with current residents, and providing exceptional customer service.
