Maintenance Supervisor

Overview:
RPM Living is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join our team. As a key member of our maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safe and efficient maintenance of our properties.
Responsibilities:
- Supervise and coordinate with maintenance staff to ensure timely completion of repairs and maintenance tasks.
- Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans to minimize downtime and reduce costs.
- Manage the maintenance budget and ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
- Collaborate with the community manager to ensure resident satisfaction and resolve maintenance-related issues.
- Perform routine inspections and maintenance tasks to ensure the property meets RPM Living's standards.
- Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.
Requirements:
- 2+ years of multifamily maintenance experience and/or training.
- High school diploma or equivalent required; degree in a related field preferred.
- Valid driver's license and EPA certification required.
- Microsoft Office Suite and project management skills preferred.
Work Environment:
This role requires working on-site at an apartment community, with exposure to the elements. May require working in confined spaces, heights, and potentially hazardous areas.
