MOSS has been recognized as the leading Solar Contractor in the nation for 2023 and is seeking dedicated individuals to engage in the construction of large-scale solar energy projects across various sites.

This position entails outdoor work in diverse weather conditions, requiring prolonged periods of standing, walking, bending, kneeling, and lifting substantial materials.

Compensation begins at $20 per hour, with potential for career advancement and long-term growth.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Acquire knowledge of essential practices for success and safety on solar projects
  • Utilize hand tools such as tape measures, wrenches, hammers, drills, rivet guns, shovels, grinders, and rakes
  • Execute various general labor tasks on solar project sites
  • May serve in roles such as Millwright, Solar PV Installer, or Quality Control Representative
  • Carry out additional duties as assigned
  • Be prepared for extended work hours, with shifts potentially lasting up to 12 hours
  • Overtime and weekend or holiday work may be necessary
REQUIRED SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS

  • Enjoyment of outdoor work in all weather conditions
  • Capability to walk, stand, kneel, and lift heavy materials while adhering to safety protocols
  • Reliable transportation to and from project locations
  • Willingness to work weekends and holidays as required
  • Ability to maintain a positive and professional demeanor, reflecting Moss's core values
  • A pre-employment drug test is mandatory to ensure a safe working environment
