GENERAL FUNCTION

Our Sales Associates are crucial to the success of Sunglass Hut. You will deliver an engaging, enjoyable, and energetic experience to every customer while assisting them in selecting high-quality eyewear.

MAJOR DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
  • Consistently achieve sales targets and company goals by nurturing new and existing customer relationships and building brand loyalty.
  • Provide an outstanding customer experience through genuine connections, meticulous attention to detail, and a personalized shopping journey that leads to customer satisfaction.
  • Actively engage in creating a positive store atmosphere, developing strong, professional relationships with colleagues and management.
  • Take pride in maintaining the store's appearance, ensuring displays and inventory are clean, appealing, and organized while safeguarding all company assets.
  • Contribute to an inclusive culture by treating customers and colleagues with respect.
BASIC QUALIFICATIONS
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • Adaptability to new technologies and changes with a high degree of accuracy
  • Accountability for sales performance through effective selling techniques and a commitment to achieving goals.
  • Excellent communication skills (both verbal and written)
  • Self-motivated with a proven ability to manage multiple tasks; able to respond flexibly in a fast-paced environment.

Pay Range: -

Employee compensation is influenced by various factors, including geographic location, experience, qualifications, skills, and local minimum wage standards. Additionally, a competitive bonus and/or commission structure may be available, complementing a comprehensive total rewards package. Benefits may encompass healthcare, retirement savings, paid time off/vacation, and various employee discounts.
