Job Title: Operations Supervisor

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and plan weekly production and packing schedules in conjunction with the Materials Management department.
  • Develop and implement production and packing schedules to meet production targets.
  • Provide training to production and packaging personnel to ensure safe and efficient work practices.
  • Develop and update procedures related to production and packing processes.
  • Review and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) with production and packaging personnel.
  • Inspect and measure products to verify conformance to specifications.
  • Develop and implement changes to working conditions and equipment to improve production methods and efficiency.
  • Manage production and packing departments within budgeted guidelines.

Requirements:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; or three years of related bakery or food manufacturing experience and/or training.
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret documents such as production schedules, safety rules, and operating instructions.
  • Working knowledge of Spanish preferred.
  • Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.

Shift: 3rd

Salary Range: $66,500 - $79,000
