We are seeking a highly skilled Airport Operations Supervisor to join our team at ERMC Aviation LLC. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the safety and efficiency of our airport operations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Ensure that all cleaning and maintenance are communicated to the facilities team members
  • Assist in monitoring the safety and cleanliness of interior and exterior areas, including offices, conference rooms, parking lots, and outdoor recreation spaces
  • Problem Solving/Judgment: Gather and analyze information and utilize knowledge of procedures to make sound decisions in a timely manner
  • Enforce Company policies and procedures, including disciplinary action, and promote ERMC policy on Equal Employment Opportunity, Anti-Harassment, and diversity initiatives
  • Honesty/Integrity/Ethical Standards: Ability to maintain high moral standards and be honest and ethical while performing job duties and handling customer belongings
  • Monitor and enforce safe and compliant working environment in accordance with TSA, DOT, USPS, and OSHA regulations
Requirements
  • Must be a local (in-state) resident
  • Valid In-State Driver's License
  • Ability to pass a pre-employment drug screen
  • Ability to pass up to a 10-year background check
  • Must be at least 18 years of age
  • Must have authorization to work in the United States as defined by the Immigration Reform Act of 1986
  • Must complete ramp and SIDA training to obtain airport authority identification security
Preferred Qualifications
  • Relevant supervisory experience
Work Environment

You will be working in a fast-paced airport environment, exposed to various weather conditions, jet and machinery noises, fumes, dirt, and dust for extended periods.

Must be able to be alert to moving vehicles or aircraft and use radio equipment.

Physical Demands/Requirements
  • Must be able to lift/carry/push/pull and move items of 70 pounds and/or more on a regular basis and repetitively lift weights of 40 to 50 pounds on raised surfaces
  • Must be able to walk, climb, bend, kneel, crawl, and stoop on a frequent basis and for extended periods
  • Must be able to work in cramped or high places
