We are seeking a highly motivated and self-driven Software Development Intern to join our Member Services Platforms team at Blue Cross and Blue Shield Association. This is an exciting opportunity to work alongside our software development teams in a Scaled Agile environment, supporting our Sales, Service, and Marketing teams.

Job Description

The Software Development Intern will have the chance to gain exposure to the Salesforce ecosystem and work with Microsoft .NET developers. This role requires strong technical skills, analytical thinking, and excellent communication abilities.

Requirements

  • Sophomore year in college (At least 30 credit hours but fewer than 60 credit hours) or higher level of education
  • Cumulative GPA of 3.0 or higher
  • A minimum of 6.0 college credit hours in one of the requested disciplines
  • Must live in Arkansas during the internship program (Relocation expense will not be paid)

Salary

The estimated salary for this position is $45,000 per annum, commensurate with experience and location.
