About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional Lead Software Architect - Data Integration to join our team at Cribl. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing and developing our data integration platform.

The successful candidate will have a deep understanding of distributed systems, data processing, and integration patterns. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions that meet the needs of our customers.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design and develop our data integration platform.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver high-quality software solutions.
  • Develop subject matter expertise in diverse third-party technologies.
  • Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in CS/EE or equivalent experience (8+ years).
  • Expert knowledge of building products that leverage large-scale data sets.
  • Strong experience with performance optimization of complex systems.
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.

$250,000 - $350,000 per year, depending on experience.
