This role necessitates an Agile Product Manager to assist the Threat Products and Services (TPS) product line within the DE Task Order on the Specialized Warfighter Development Contract (SWDC) program. The position is based at Schriever SFB, Colorado Springs, CO.

The selected candidate will collaborate with a team of systems engineers, test engineers, and software developers to strategize, design, develop, test, and document feature capabilities. Key responsibilities encompass:

  • Formulating requirements and prioritizing the team backlog.
  • Documenting capabilities and ensuring clarity across operational, simulation, and user communities.
  • Designing and deploying new features and enhancements for both new and existing applications.

Additionally, this position involves interfacing with TPS customers and delivering technical presentations to TPS stakeholders.

Basic Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Math, or a related field, with 5 years of relevant experience; 3 years with a Master’s; 1 year with a PhD.
  • DoD Secret Clearance.
  • Proven experience in overseeing the design, development, and implementation of software systems, applications, and related products.
  • Experience in managing team backlogs.
  • Familiarity with Agile Software Development Methodologies.
  • Competence in developing and maintaining requirements and technical documentation.
  • Basic understanding of object-oriented software development and Linux platforms.
  • Ability to prioritize, execute, and delegate tasks in a high-pressure, dynamic environment.
  • Strong written, verbal, and presentation communication skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficiency in Agile software development methodologies, including SAFe.
  • Experience with the Atlassian Tool Suite.
  • Knowledge or experience with missile defense systems and modeling and simulation development.

Salary Range: $97,500 - $146,300

The above salary range represents a general guideline; however, Northrop Grumman considers various factors when determining base salary offers, such as the scope and responsibilities of the position and the candidate's experience, education, skills, and current market conditions.

Employees may be eligible for a discretionary bonus in addition to base pay. Annual bonuses are designed to reward individual contributions and allow employees to share in company results. Employees in Vice President or Director positions may be eligible for Long Term Incentives.
