  • Establish and execute product development workflows and processes aimed at boosting efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee the execution of product launches, managing timelines, resource distribution, and deliverables across various teams.
  • Track key performance indicators (KPIs) related to product operations and pinpoint areas for enhancement.
  • Lead initiatives to refine supply chain and logistics processes to facilitate product manufacturing and distribution.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive documentation, including project plans, process workflows, and standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • Serve as a primary liaison among product management, engineering, and other stakeholders to ensure cohesive alignment on product roadmap priorities and timelines.
  • Identify potential risks and proactively develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions in product operations.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in product operations, recommending innovative solutions.

What Skills & Experience You Should Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, Engineering, or a related field; an MBA or relevant advanced degree is preferred.
  • A minimum of 5 years of experience in product operations, project management, or similar roles within the technology sector.
  • Proven history of successfully managing intricate projects with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical abilities to interpret data and make informed, data-driven decisions.
  • Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Demonstrated ability to excel in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with shifting priorities.
  • Experience with Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban, Nexus, Scrum at Scale, etc.) in a large corporate setting.
  • Familiarity with product lifecycle management (PLM) principles and tools is advantageous.
  • Knowledge of manufacturing processes and supply chain management is a plus.
  • Experience with tools such as JIRA or Aha is beneficial.

Trimble provides a compensation range and a general overview of additional compensation and benefits that it believes it might offer for this position. This compensation range is based on a full-time schedule. Trimble reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range and offer additional benefits and compensation based on circumstances unrelated to an applicant's protected status.
