IDR, Inc. is in search of a Product Manager for one of our esteemed healthcare partners. This role offers the chance to engage with a substantial organization and be part of a continuously expanding collaborative environment.

Contract Details: This is a 6-month renewable contract with the possibility of transitioning to a permanent position.

Work Arrangement: This position is fully remote.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the Product Manager and stakeholders to prioritize development efforts based on business impact to execute product strategies effectively.
  • Maintain and prioritize the roadmap and backlog for assigned products in close partnership with other product teams, design, and IT/delivery groups.
  • Work independently with research, design, users, agile scrum teams, and business leaders to create and document feature requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria.
  • Engage with cross-functional teams to ensure product requirements are met and assess ongoing product performance.
  • Continuously monitor progress towards the initial hypotheses of development work using both quantitative and qualitative insights.
  • Prepare for and actively participate in PI ceremonies as part of our SAFe processes.

Qualifications:

  • A bachelor's degree is required.
  • Willingness and ability to travel up to 25%.
  • Availability to support releases outside of standard working hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in digital product management as a product manager, product owner, or user researcher; experience in healthcare is highly preferred.
  • Proven understanding of agile software development methodologies.
  • Strong problem-solving, organizational, and analytical skills with the ability to adapt product strategies based on research and data.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, changing environment and embrace ambiguity.
  • Exceptional relationship-building skills and the capability to collaborate with technical, clinical, and other business partners to achieve objectives.
  • Self-motivated with a high degree of initiative and follow-through.
  • Experience in value-based care or population health is advantageous.
  • Background in building a product from inception is a plus.
