Concierge Job Description

At Frontier Senior Living, we're seeking a skilled Concierge to join our team at Crescent Landing at Garden Grove community in Garden Grove, California. As a Concierge, you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth operation of our community, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting the needs of our residents.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver high-level customer service to greet and support all visitors and clients.
  • Assist with social media management and content creation.
  • Answer incoming calls and route them accordingly.
  • Support the sales office and assist with administrative tasks as directed by the Executive Director.
  • Serve as the primary customer service contact for questions and concerns.
  • Maintain a clean and presentable office space at all times.
  • Assist with special projects and other duties as assigned.
Requirements:
  • Availability to work weekends and holidays.
  • Professional appearance and background.
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
  • Ability to work as a positive team member.
  • Good interpersonal skills with all levels of staff.
