Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Leasing Agent to join our team at Bridge Investment Group Holdings LLC. As a Leasing Agent, you will be responsible for effectively leasing apartments in our multifamily unit community.

Key Responsibilities

  • Qualify and present features and amenities to prospective residents
  • Lease apartments, including closing sales and securing lease agreements
  • Follow up with prospects regarding status and ensure timely processing of applications
  • Input information into computer systems accurately and timely
  • Ensure apartment readiness for resident move-in on agreed dates
  • Assist in the collection of delinquent rents and participate in resident functions
  • Gather information about market competition in the area and follow Bridge policies and procedures
  • Follow all safety procedures and notify supervisor of safety hazards

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service skills and ability to communicate effectively
  • Leasing, sales, and closing skills, with competence in the use of standard office equipment
  • Basic computer and data-entry skills, with a strong work ethic and ability to adapt to change
  • High school graduate or equivalent, with 6 months of service industry experience
