Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Analyst to join our team at Insperity. As a key member of our compensation team, you will be responsible for providing expertise to our Middle Market clients and service providers in the development and implementation of compensation programs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide support to Middle Market clients in relation to both the delivery of salary survey data and compensation projects in collaboration with the Consultant.
  • Conduct research on industry trends, best practices, and relevant data, interpret results, and make recommendations on client compensation programs.
  • Contribute to the salary survey request fulfillment process by guiding the successful extraction, documentation, and transmission of market data to clients.
  • Review processes and recommend approaches to maximize the efficiency and accuracy of outputs.
  • Benchmark positions and prepare wage and salary information in spreadsheet format that is numerically and geographically accurate and professionally presented.
  • Manage and conduct information gathering functions, data analysis, and report preparation.
  • Create project proposals to effectively communicate with clients the scope of work, objectives of project, timelines, and summary of services to be delivered.
  • Prepare instructional materials and present educational sessions to Field Service personnel on compensation service offerings and issues.
  • Maintain knowledge of applicable federal, state, and local compensation laws and regulations.
  • Develop internal resources (e.g., tools, templates, techniques, etc.) to enable Insperity client service providers to support clients in addressing compensation issues as needed.
  • Partner with other Insperity departments (e.g., HR COE, Marketing, Legal, etc.) on projects as needed.
  • Provide guidance to Compensation Services team members as requested.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree is required.
  • Three to five years of experience in the compensation or related human resource field is required.
