Position Summary:
The Regional Sales Manager plays a pivotal role in driving business growth by establishing and nurturing strong customer relationships, maintaining an active follow-up list, and generating referrals from our existing client base.

This individual will be responsible for business expansion, meeting established sales targets (as determined by the salesperson's Sales ID), specifically focusing on the Warehouse and Direct Budget, Gross Profit percentage, and the number of New Accounts established.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and maintain effective communication skills (both verbal and written) when interacting with customers, vendors, management, and team members.
  • Possess a minimum of 2 years of prior experience in outside sales.
  • Demonstrate the ability to acquire and retain new clients.
  • Exhibit proven skills in providing accurate pricing quotes and effective follow-up communication.
  • Utilize a PC and related software proficiently.
  • Show strong organizational skills to prioritize tasks and meet company objectives.

Requirements:
  • High School diploma or equivalent is required.
  • Preferred qualifications include 3+ years of front-line sales experience or a bachelor's degree in business or a related field.
