ShalePro Energy Services is a leading provider of oil and natural gas field services, operating in the Appalachian Basin - Marcellus/Utica shale play. We are currently seeking highly skilled individuals to join our team as Well Pad Technicians.
Salary and BenefitsWe offer a competitive salary range of $60,000 - $80,000 per year, commensurate with experience. Job DescriptionThis role involves working on-site at well pads, responsible for various tasks such as tank installation, structural steel platform construction, and general site cleanup. You will also be involved in rigging and setting equipment, concrete work, piping installation and repair, and other related duties. A high school diploma or equivalent is required, and prior experience in the natural gas industry is preferred.
Required Skills and QualificationsTo succeed in this role, you should have excellent manual dexterity, be able to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally, and be willing to work in adverse weather conditions. You must also possess good communication skills, be able to work effectively in a team environment, and be available for all shifts, including weekends and overtime. A valid driver's license and reliable transportation are also essential.
Working ConditionsThe work environment is representative of those encountered while performing the essential functions of this job. You may be exposed to extreme temperatures, cramped conditions, and heavy lifting. Visits to industrial/manufacturing settings may involve exposure to various materials and chemicals, loud machinery, and require personal protective equipment. Occasional overnight travel may be required.
