Job SummaryThe Customer Relations Manager is responsible for managing and developing high-touch customer engagement at Realm Cellars. This role involves supervising a Customer Relations Coordinator, handling customer correspondence, planning and organizing Direct-to-Consumer (DTC) campaigns, and supporting fulfillment operations.
Key Responsibilities- Supervision: Oversee the Customer Relations Coordinator to ensure deliverables are executed at a high level of quality. Collaborate with them on revising processes that need improvement.
- Customer Service: Ensure all customers' needs are met and handled in a positive, professional, and thorough manner. Support all inbound phone and Estate gate calls with specific responsibility for DTC customers, shipping, reservations, and account maintenance.
- Sales Activities: Support all planning activities related to DTC Releases by participating in weekly Release preparation huddles, updating and maintaining Release planning documents, and completing checklist action items in a timely manner.
- Fulfillment: Work closely with the fulfillment partner and Operations Coordinator to ensure a seamless shipping experience for DTC domestic and international customers.
- Experience: 5+ years of proven experience in a customer service or sales position, with a strong understanding of the wine industry.
- Education: Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience.
- Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills, proficiency in Microsoft Office, and experience with CRM databases and POS platforms.
