Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Retail Store Maintenance Associate to join our team at PUMA. As a key member of our facilities team, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and hygiene of our retail stores, ensuring a safe and healthy environment for our customers and employees.

Key Responsibilities
  • Cleanliness and Hygiene: Assess the cleanliness and hygiene of the building, ensuring all public and employee areas are cleaned and maintained.
  • Facilities Maintenance: Clean bathrooms, replenish bathroom supplies, dust fixtures and walls, and ensure windows are clean.
  • Floor Care: Wash floors, including stairwells, and clean elevators and escalators.
  • Waste Management: Empty garbage cans and recycling bins, and empty and clean out refrigerators.
  • Supply Management: Monitor the level of cleaning supplies and ensure they are replenished as needed.
  • Simple Repairs: Perform simple repairs that do not require professional help.
  • OSHA Compliance: Ensure compliance with all operational core competencies and key accountabilities, and execute all requirements concerning OSHA to maintain a safe and compliant working atmosphere.
  • Availability: Work non-traditional hours, including weekends, evenings, and holidays, and be available for overtime as needed.
Requirements
  • Physical Demands: The ability to constantly walk and move about, frequent stationary standing, reaching, bending/twisting of head, and maintaining balance while walking.
  • Equipment Operation: Use ladder/step stool equipment, occasional kneeling, crouching, climbing, bending/stooping at waist/torso, and sitting to assist customers.
  • Sensory Requirements: Use of speaking, hearing, near & far acuity, depth perception, and field of vision.
  • Environmental Factors: Operation of foot controls for mobile stock shelving bays and exposure to working at heights.
What We Offer

We offer a competitive hourly rate of $17.00-$20.00, plus benefits. Pay may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience.
