About the Role

We are seeking a talented Retail Store Associate to join our team at adidas in New York City. As a Retail Store Associate, you will play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service and creating a seamless shopping experience for our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding customer service and support to customers in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • Assist customers with purchases, returns, and exchanges in a friendly and efficient manner.
  • Maintain a high level of product knowledge and stay up-to-date on new arrivals and promotions.
  • Work collaboratively with the sales team to achieve sales goals and meet customer needs.
  • Contribute to a positive and inclusive store environment by promoting a culture of respect, empathy, and teamwork.

Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous retail experience preferred, but not required.
