The Client Services Coordinator will play a vital role in assisting multiple Financial Advisors in addressing the needs of the firm's clientele. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication abilities and demonstrate a commitment to executing tasks and projects with precision and efficiency.
Key Responsibilities:
- Performing administrative duties, including organizing and preparing for Advisor/client meetings and managing incoming calls.
- Addressing client inquiries in a prompt and effective manner.
- Processing new and existing business transactions, which encompasses account openings and closures, managing check deposits and withdrawals, and maintaining account records.
