About the Role:

Zebra Technologies is seeking a highly skilled IT Audit Manager to join our team. As an IT Audit Manager, you will be responsible for leading the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting, evaluating risk management practices, and advising business and IT leaders on optimal control structures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the audit lifecycle from planning to reporting of IT, cybersecurity, product security, and integrated projects.
  • Evaluate risk management practices and emerging technologies to drive enhancements within the company's strategy and execution.
  • Communicate value-driven recommendations to business and IT leaders.
  • Facilitate the execution of IT general and application controls compliance auditing.
  • Plan, organize, and prioritize multiple assignments in a fast-paced and changing work environment.
  • Engage in annual and periodic risk assessments and assist in developing and maintaining an effective risk-based IT Audit Plan.
  • Innovate and leverage well-rounded business and IT acumen to assess emerging risk areas across Zebra's global operations.
  • Assist in the management of outside resources assisting Internal Audit.
  • Monitor and report on the status of management-owned action plans from previous audits.
  • Manage department key performance metrics and actively engage in the continuous improvement of the Internal Audit department.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a business-related major (e.g., Finance/Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, Engineering, Management Information Systems, etc.).
  • 8+ years of relevant work experience (e.g., auditing, consulting, finance, operations, IT/security).
  • Ability to travel up to 15%, including international travel.
  • Ability to work a hybrid schedule in Lincolnshire, IL (3 days in office per week & 2 remote).
  • Certifications in relevant areas (e.g., CIA, CISA, or other certification) or advanced degree.
  • Knowledge of IIA methodology and standards.
  • Working knowledge of industry IT frameworks such as COBIT, ISO, and NIST.
