Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Enterprise Architect to join our team at Alight. As a key member of our architecture team, you will be responsible for designing and implementing enterprise-level systems, leading teams of software engineers and architects, and ensuring the delivery of high-quality software solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Architecting microservices for an enterprise
• Designing and reviewing enterprise-level systems
• Defining and improving processes
• Leading teams of software engineers and architects
• Designing production support processes
• Project management
• Absence management domain
• Designing and implementing secure CI/CD
• Enterprise software delivery using SAFe
• SOC audits requirements
• Architecting and delivering data security

Requirements:

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree or the equivalent in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field, plus 7 years of experience in software design, architecture, and engineering technical and data analysis, or related experience.

Skills:

Must have experience with:

• Architecting microservices for an enterprise
• Designing and reviewing enterprise-level systems
• Defining and improving processes
• Leading teams of software engineers and architects
• Designing production support processes
• Project management
