As a Client Relationship Specialist (CRS), you will have the chance to channel your enthusiasm for customer service into a role and a firm that will support your growth within the financial services sector.
You will play a crucial role in the operational success of this local Schwab branch, working under the guidance of your Client Relationship Manager and Branch Manager, both of whom you will assist in delivering an exceptional client experience.
Development and growth are fundamental aspects of this role.
In the Branch Network at Schwab, you will find a clear path for advancement as well as endless opportunities to challenge yourself and enhance your expertise.
While licensing is not a prerequisite for this position, Schwab will assist you in obtaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses if that aligns with your career aspirations.

What You Have
Required Qualifications:
1+ years of Client/Customer Service experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience in Financial Services/Wealth Management or a closely related field.
While licensing is preferred, it is not mandatory for this role; Charles Schwab will support employees in this position in obtaining and/or maintaining the Series 7 and 63/66 licenses.
Ability to address client needs with tact and diplomacy.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
Experience working independently and effectively as part of a team while managing multiple tasks and responsibilities simultaneously.
Ability to establish and maintain strong cross-enterprise working relationships.
Basic understanding of brokerage regulations and rules governing client accounts.
May be required to become a Notary.
