Position Responsibilities

Under general supervision, our aquatic safety specialists are responsible for ensuring the safety of guests and members utilizing our aquatic facilities by proactively preventing and responding to emergencies. These professionals also handle general facility upkeep, maintenance, and other assigned tasks.

To excel in this role, you must possess the ability to take control and remain composed during potential emergency situations. Our guests and members depend on our aquatic safety specialists to provide a secure and enjoyable environment while they visit our Athletic Center. Furthermore, these specialists play a crucial role in our customer service team, engaging with guests and members to enhance their experience.

Aquatic safety specialists earn $18.00 per hour, based on experience, and are scheduled daily. Lifeguard certification costs are eligible for reimbursement.

Required Qualifications

Must hold an active lifeguard certification or be willing to obtain one. Certification costs are eligible for reimbursement.
