Job Title: Patient Care Tech

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Patient Care Tech to join our team at Liberty Hospital. As a Patient Care Tech, you will play a vital role in delivering high-quality patient care and supporting our clinical staff.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide direct patient care, including vital sign monitoring, wound care, and mobility assistance.
  • Assist with patient transfers, admissions, and discharges.
  • Support clinical staff with tasks such as preparing patients for procedures, administering medications, and maintaining patient records.
  • Participate in patient education and provide emotional support to patients and their families.
Requirements:
  • Unlicensed Assistive Personnel (UAP) training or equivalent experience.
  • Current BLS certification (American Heart Association or American Red Cross).
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks efficiently.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
