Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced General Manager to lead our upscale casual dining restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of success in managing high-volume restaurants and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Oversee and manage all aspects of restaurant operations, including food and beverage service, inventory management, and staff supervision.
  • Develop and implement marketing and advertising strategies to attract and retain customers.
  • Maintain a safe and healthy work environment by enforcing sanitation standards and procedures.
  • Monitor and evaluate food, beverage, and service offerings to ensure high-quality standards.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, staff, and vendors.
Requirements:
  • 3-5 years of experience in high-volume restaurant management.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build and maintain a high-performing team.
Compensation:
  • $75,000-$80,000 per year (base salary).
  • Additional discretionary bonus eligibility.
  • 401-K plan (100% up to the first 6% of your contribution).
  • 2 weeks paid vacation (after first year of employment).
